Born into a female clairvoyant lineage of celtic heritage my shamanic initiation began to unfold in my late 20's. Whilst my grandmother was shamanically trained by Native American tribes in Central America, my own initiatory journey has followed a contemporary core-shamanic path within the UK. Core-shamanism removes the elaboration of cultural specificities and utilises the fundamental essence of the practice.

Eager to understand consciousness, the imagination, and the interactions of emotions, body and mind I decided to undertake a BSc Hons degree in Neuroscience graduating in 2011 from one of the world's leading brain research departments. This has led to an in-depth knowledge of the brain and nervous system, allowing the delicate incorporation of the important cognitive aspects of being human into the spiritual system of shamanism.

Previously graduating in Management in 2005 I am also an Integrated Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner & certified Coach. A practising Buddhist and keen writer, you can read of my shamanic initiation and the discovery of my own heart in my up-coming book Love, Rationality and Spiritual Awakening.
